This was their response almost 24 hours later before closing the ticket. Mind you I spent close to an hour on the phone between hold times and speaking with the agent.

If you receive an “invalid ID” or “no delivery available” message while trying to place an order, the item is either completely out of stock or out of stock at a warehouse that can deliver to you.
We are unable to provide timelines as to when the items may be back in stock and recommend attempting to place your order at a later date.

This is what I’m seeing. Mind you this comes up immediately without having the ability to select a different address. I also tried checking out without being signed in and eventually ended up on this page.
Worst yet! The item is still in stock! I’ve checked back a few times and it’s gone down by ~4 since yesterday with 30+ available.
I’m at a loss for words. If you’re able to forward this up the chain @spamoni I’d greatly appreciate it because nothing feels worse than being lied to…
