Shipping unavailable to my address

I tagged Wyze for you on this. I recall someone indicating that this happens if there is no stock available. I could be wrong on this, but I know Wyze is looking into this.

Yea, that is the issue. I recall that a similar issue to another and it turned out that even though it showed in stock, there really wasnā€™t any. But I could be wrong on this.

I ordered a solar panel from Wyze as part of their BF promotion. It didnā€™t say refurbished, but it obviously is a return.

Iā€™m always careful when I open a box in case I have to return. But this one is torn like the first buyer couldnā€™t wait to see the contents. It couldnā€™t be a shipping damage.

Is Wyze this bad now?

Expect the charitable $5 coupon when you spend $50 at best for the inconvenienceā€¦

I spent wellbiver $50 and barely got a ā€œweā€™re sorry for the inconvenienceā€. You would rhink they would work with those of us that support them.

sorry dude. pain is mutual and we can commiserate together and can only hope theyā€™ll change back to the Wyze of oldā€¦

We know about this inventory problem, which affects refurb and new items, and are working on a better fix than mass removal of large chunks of our product catalog. Iā€™m not a part of the dev team and have no ETA for this fix.

The error is occurring due to a mismatch between our inventory sources and whatā€™s shown on the site. Basically multiple warehouses and connectors and data being passed. There has already been a good portion of items removed for the time being, but inventory is always changing and we may overlook some products that have changed from actually having some inventory to none. Iā€™m sorry for the not fun news @WildBill. Your situation is actually a pretty unique one because Cam v2 has been out of stock for a long time, while I see the inventory bug having the same affect here, my question is now is how did inventory even show up there in the first place.

Hi @p2788deal,

The solar panel that is being advertised in our subscriber offer BF sale is not for a refurbished item. You should have received a brand new Battery Cam Pro and Solar Panel. Have you created a support team with your order number and (hopefully sent) pictures? Our support team will most likely involve our operations team to track down what warehouse your order came from so we can get eyes on that inventory.

If you give me an open ticket number, I can escalate with customer support. They have the power to fix these types of issues.

Thank you for providing screenshots. That actually helped me find another bug. Not that it makes your situation better. Unfortunately, Cam v2 is very OOS. But the help is appreciated. I tagged you in my longer response to @spamoni.

Hi @justinbchr. Please try again. You should be able to checkout. But the inventory is extremely low. If you continue to have the delivery error, could you try incognito mode?

@WyzeVeronica - Iā€™m having a similar issue with the BR30 bulbs. Tried incognito, mobile, different browsers and no luck.

Thank you @Mesvg. Nothing like a game of manual inventory whack-a-mole during this holiday season. Iā€™m sorry this item is out of stock. I did make it OOS so other customers wont run into the same issue with this product.

@Mesvg we actually could move some inventory to make the BR30 back in stock. You should be able to checkout with it. However, buy with prime wont be available as a payment method.

Iā€™m getting the same message for the Wyze Vacuum Replacement Parts and it shows 73 in stock. I need someone to resolve this issue please!

Hi Tommy. Whatā€™s the exact part that youā€™re looking for? We had a lot of different vacuum parts for a while and it ranged from rubber rings to brush replacements.
