Trying to figure out why my camera at night shows a blurred section on both sides, but I have a great picture during the day. There are no lights on either side of it so it’s not a light shadow….Any ideas?

In addition to what @K6CCC asked, can you provide a picture of where it is hanging. To me, it looks like a reflection or something like that
