Setup button seems dead and tried all suggestions from a previous forum?

I have tried everything. Even peeled back the plastic switch cover to push directly on the button below???

Try blowing around the button (since you’ve already pulled back the rubber cover) with compressed air. If that doesn’t work, drip a couple drops of rubbing alcohol on and around the button under the rubber cover and push it a bunch of times to work it down in. Then blow it out with compressed air and let it dry for a while.

Do this all with the cam unplugged of course. If that doesn’t fix it, it may have gotten some water in and corroded.

I’m assuming you’ve tried holding it down for ~10 seconds? Often deleting it from the app is enough to reset it and put it back in setup mode, so that may be an option too.

Thank you for the excellent advice. I was able to get it going by installing it through the floodlight app. The installation is broken into two parts. I installed the camera from there and closed the app.
