I wanted to leave an update. My brand new Wyze Video Doorbell Pro that I got and installed on 7/28/23 is still not working. I have been getting the IV22-20004 error when I try to connect to the device. I’ve have been through five different support technicians since 11/22/23 when it stopped working and I am currently tasked with watching the following forum for updates:
The forum has not been updated since 12/14/23. I just wanted to shout out into the void that I still exist.
