Connectivity issues with Wyze Video Doorbell Pro


So about a week ago my Wyze camera disconnected and never got back online. I went through the setup process a dozen times and it still wouldn’t connect. I was then sent a replacement device and got the same issue. Wyze just told me that this has been an ongoing issue since February, it’s now April!! How is it possible for an outage to last this long?? All Wyze offered as a “solution” was to give me a Wyze gift card and still didn’t offer an estimated time of resolution, just insane that I can’t get my money back especially given that there’s been no real effort to fix this issue
