Sense Hub going offline every few minutes all day - solution?

For the last couple of days my Sense Hub has been going offline and online every few minutes all day long! I’ve checked for firmware update and it’s up to date.
Any suggestions on what to do to break the Hub out of the cycle?

How is your hub connected, WiFi or Ethernet?

Are you alerted of the offline status via the push notification?

First thing I would do is to unplug the router for a minute or so then plug it back in and let it reboot. If it continues, I would do a soft reset on the hub by holding the setup button for 5 seconds until the status lights change then release it and let it reboot.
