It’s 2025, and my Wyze Sense Hub keeps going offline after staying online for 4–6 hours. I’ve tried all the usual suggestions: resetting the hub, removing and re-adding it, switching between Wi-Fi and Ethernet, relocating it, and even using a new Wi-Fi router. My hub firmware is version 4.32.14.716.
I also added a new hub, but the weirdest part is that the new hub won’t allow me to add any of the sensors that came with it—or any of the old sensors either. I don’t want to replace my old hub because I have 15 devices connected to it.
Any suggestions here?

Were you able to fix this issue?
I tried everything, and nothing worked. I even bought another identical unit to swap out the battery and several components, but still had no success. I ended up replacing the entire unit. The new one works flawlessly, which makes me think Wyze may be nudging users to keep purchasing new devices. It feels like a firmware update could disable older units, around two years old, if they contain a certain chip, causing random intermittent offline issues. I am a Wyze fan, I have over 100 cameras and more than 50 other devices. For the most part, Wyze devices are extremely reliable; 99% of the time, once they work, they continue to work indefinitely without any issues.
