SD card unavailable?

I’ve been able to View Playback on my Android before with my device (model WYZECP1_JEF), but recently I get an error message saying that my SD card is unavailable? Consequently, I can’t view any of the playback on my phone.

While not clear, I guess it could be referring to the SD in the cam itself.

How do I fix this, please? Thanks.

Most likely there is an error on the card and needs a format (FAT32).
You could try truening off the cam first, removing and then re-insert the card, see if comes back.
