I had to set up a new account after I lost access to my old one, Reset all my cameras, but now all that is saved on the app are still pics. What happened to the videos?
Not an IOS issue. Why do this forum make you chose a platform, but doesn’t give you the option to choose PC?..
Regarding this second question, there’s some discussion in this topic that might shed a little light:
You can tag a post with pc (#pc), and it should be automagically converted to web-view. This seems to be the Forum situation since Wyze doesn’t officially have a PC app.
Regarding your first question, some more detail about the steps you’re taking and what you’re experiencing would be helpful. Since you said that this isn’t an iOS issue, I’m not sure what you’re attempting on a PC. I’m aware of reports that some Android app users can’t find their saved videos—and instead see still images—without a work-around, but I don’t think I know enough to be helpful at this point.
And now I see that @habib has provided some input. (I’m not a subscriber and so wouldn’t have known about that.)
Did you have CamPlus/Unlimited? The 12 second video applies to Cam Lite only and seeing that you have Cam OG, that didn’t apply to that camera at all. As @Crease suggested more info would be helpful.
I believe to get Cloud videos you will have to subscribe to Cam Plus.
I would try putting SD cards set to Continuous Recording in your cameras. When you get a still picture you should be able to click Playback and view the SD card video
I would take @StevenA ’s suggestion and reach out to support and see if they can grandfather your old CamLite subscription provided it wasn’t your fault for loosing it in the first place.
