After stumbling upon this thread, I checked and sure enough, I’ve got the same problem. We started using the vacuum in this house in the last 8-12 months. I noticed the below marks from the Vacuum, but mine came out almost completely just using WD40. Disregard the long dark mark, that’s just a knot in the wood flooring. It’s Solid Oak flooring.
