I still can’t get my robot vacuum to connect. I’ve tried since I received it, still can’t get it to connect. I haven’t seen any updates. I tried using support, but every time I try to use it the automated support seems to think I want help on headphones.
Is there any updated information on how to get the vacuum to connect with my iPhone. Or tips on using support?
I suspect the issue involved a ton of robot vacs, and there had already been a support request glut, so it may take some time to hear back from them (more than the 48-72 hours that they mentioned in my first response from them).
If you don’t hear from Wyze within a week, I’d suggest calling of possible.
