Rma request

I put in for a rma request 4 days ago and have heard nothing back. im returning the outdoorcam it keeps on throwing a failed key error. any one know how long it takes for them to process a rma?

Depends on how you submitted your request. Best route is to contact them at +1 (206) 339-9646 Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm PT, & Saturday 8 am - 4 pm PT (add 3 hours for ET times). They may ask you to run thru some troubleshooting possibilities, but they should also be able to authorize returns.

Yea i have done the return request online then threw a tech on the phone and again threw a tech on the phone. its been 5 days now and still no rma reply. Because of this i dont think i will be buying the vacuum or any other products from wyze. yes they are cheap but wired cameras are better.
