Are rich notifications working for anyone on V4? By rich notifications I am referring to the thumbnail notification that shows several frames of the video without having to load the actual recording. I have 10 cameras on Cam Unlimited and the feature works perfectly on all four of my V3 cams but not on any other cameras.
Frankly, I’m getting tired of hearing Wyze say “we are aware of the issue” and it’s been 2 months without a fix. “Support” is a joke, and will make you go through the same basic troubleshooting steps (update, power cycle, log out/ in, etc.) and just end up submitting a ticket every single time. Soon after you’ll receive a response thanking you for submitting the issue, and specifically stating that “you will not receive a response about this issue”. What is the point then?
Kind Of surprised there’s not more information about this as well. I really depend on the rich notifications which has prevented me from upgrading to V4’s
