Repairing dropped outdoor camera

I dropped my outdoor camera and now it just shows zero battery power. When I plug in the charger the charge light comes on solid and battery charge never goes over zero. Any way to take the unit apart and look for lose connections?

You can take it apart, battery pack is probably unplugged or the wires broken. Screws are on the bottom after you remove bottom plate.

Outdoor camera disassembly

Had a WOC fail and Wyze replaced it. Could not find any information on how to take it apart so I went in and only managed to break 2 small clips holding the battery cover down. [image] [image] The lens can be focused just like the v3. [image] There is one screw that can be difficult to remove. It is down inside the camera. I dropped my wyze cam pan v3, and the camera cube popped off the side brace. I can’t seem to pop it back on. Is there a trick to getting it back on. Nothing is cracked or broken.

Thanks StevenA, I watched that video before I posted, but they show him prying the brace off, but I can’t just push it back on. There is a screw that holds the brace, but not the camera. It just pops on and off. Thanks for your help tho.
