Not sure what it is called. I see on the display a small insert that show normal view while the larger display is zoomed in.
Question: How to stop the view from zooming automatically and also remove that insert?

Disable smart focus? On the middle menu, should be able to click it off.

I was looking in Settings. I see it is found when you first tap on the screen for the live feed and it is one of the buttons below next to SD Card, Take Photo, Record, Smart Focus

Couldn’t say for sure, but the display is done client side in your app. Try clearing your app cache and see if the refresh makes the setting stick.

Thanks. The issue was I was also using LDPlayer to view the camera display on my computer. It had the Smart Focus on.
It is now off.

That would do it. Different devices but using the same login share settings. Glad again it’s fixed.
