I was instructed by support to post this on the Wishlist… It seems like it should be a need and not a wish.
I enrolled early in the person detection pilot program. After a month, I received an email telling me my payment for the next month had failed. The email did not have any information regarding where to update my payment information.
Unfortunately I had to contact support to address the issue and receive the link to the service page where my payment information and history was stored. In the app I only have the ability to manage which cameras are using person detection and not manage the service itself. On the main account page at wyze.com I do not see any information regarding services.
Please connect services billing to the main Wyze account page and put it in the app itself. Also please put it in the FAQ and/or in the payment failure email.
