How do i know? person detection

I opted in for the name your price person detection. However, in some of the options in my app it asks me to get person detection. And in my Wyze account I find no place to tell. How does one tell for sure if my ‘opt in’ was registered by wyze?

In the Wyze app, go to Account > Services. What do you see listed? If your opt in worked, you’ll see “person detection” and able to click into it and select what cameras you want PD on.

i see no account / services.
under my account i have address, shipping, orders…

Oddly enough, if i log i to wyze in a different way i get a billing page that shows i paid for september and october.
i still dont see a services choice nor do i see where i would select the camera for person detection. Wouldn’t that be don in my app? I select person detection under settings /notification.

Here is what I think. I have two different email addresses with Wyze and it seems two different logons. Under one email I have all the items I ever bought. Under the other email all I have is billing and the two monthly charges for person detection.
So, how let Wyze know this / fix this? Is it possible to get a human there?

I see ‘Person Detection Pilot’ ( I never signed up for a pilot prog)

I still wonder if the problem is that I see a monthly bill for person detection on one email sign-on and a list of all purchases on a different email log-on.
How to merge them is the trick. I see no phone number for cust sup.
