I signed up and paid for name your price person detection on Oct 12, I have a paypal receipt from the transaction, however none of my cameras are detecting person related motion. All my cameras are up to date. Is there something else I need to do to activate this service?

You need to go to https://services.wyze.com/ and go to “account”. Then you can select the camera(s) to enable person detection. You can also do this in the Wyze app. You need to go to account, then services, then select person detection and chose the camera(s).

Person detection is not showing up under the Services tab in my Wyze app.
in services.wyze.com, it shows that I’m subscribed to person detection.
I noticed the same issue on mine last night. I was able to add it back on.
You have to enable the cameras.
