I have the cam plus servuce for my 5 cams.
I have set the recording length to 5 minutes on my cams.
All will record uo to 5 minutes, with the exception og the duo-cam… I will get multiple 9-35 second events, instead of a continuous video.
I have the cam set to ‘no cooldown’.
Tech support has bo solutions.??

I have the same issue. I got the camera over the weekend. The out of box firmware I think was better, as soon as I updated the firmware, it started recording only 9 second videos (I have CamPlus Unlimited plan) and the recordings start too late.
