Receiving the wrong product and no customer supoport in rectifying the situation

I ordered Video Doorbell 2 - direct from Wyze and was sent a wired Video Doorbell by mistake. The problem is the frustrating supposed customer support who told me they shipped the right order to me. ignoring the obvious difference between the actual order in your system and what was shipped! All i ask for is to send me what i ordered!!!

Can you confirm what actual doorbell model you ordered? The Wyze Video Doorbell v2 is the wired doorbell.

The Wyze Video Doorbell Pro is the doorbell that contains the battery. But it also has the ability to be hardwired.

I agree with @Omgitstony … I think there is just a misunderstanding. The second Doorbell wasn’t named V2, it was named Pro. And the pro has the battery. The v2 is wired only.

So I think OP probably ordered the v2 thinking it was the second doorbell Wyze made (the Pro), when the v2 (the 3rd doorbell) is actually wired-only.
I can see the potential confusion/miscommunication.
