Need receipt for annual charges

You can go here: Wyze Billing History
to see your Billing and Payment history. When you see the history, click on the dollar amount and it will provide you what makes up the payment.
You can also go here: https://account.wyze.com/orders to see what you ordered from Wyze

Does that show Wyze subscriptions purchased via Google and Apple? Just wondering as I don’t purchase via Google or Apple.

I don’t believe it does. Google maintains its own, you can check that in your account services. Not sure about where Apple stores it.
I personally only go through Wyze for my purchases.
