I see that now you can connect the base station to Wifi instead of hardwired ethernet.
Now that the Base and Camera are both on the Same subnet, does the camera video traffic still need to go directly from the camera to the base station or can it ride on the Wifi link?
The reason I’m asking is that I want to go into “travel” mode, but not be limited in range.
I have a wifi infrastructure what goes between buildings and would love to expand the Camera coverage.
Ill even give you your own VLAN to keep the chatter down if need be
