All cameras (v2 &v3), outdoor cams, motion sensors (v1) and contact sensors (v1) are recording motion events but a not producing notifications.
Ok, what is the status of the bell in the main page? Does it have a Zzz next to it? Is the Wyze app notifications disabled within your phones OS?
If your devices are saving events, and device notifications are enabled as you say, the common thread here is either your account notifications are disabled, or your app is disabled for notifications.
The status of the bell does not have Zzz next to it. Notifications are on in the app and camera and iPhone.
My doorbell/camera (different vendor) is still notifying me by iPhone sound and notification.
What is interesting is when I open the app the bell has Zzz next to it and then the Zzz goes away. Never noticed this. Could be normal. Does that happen to you?
Mine does not do that. You may want to tap on the bell and have the Zzz appear. then after a few seconds tap on it again and have the Zzz disappear. See if that forces a change or update.
I tried that earlier. Just tried again at your suggestion. No change. I have support call in and have done the things they suggested so far including factory reset on one of my cameras. Thank you for your suggestions and assistance. If you think of anything else, I would like to know.
Does anyone else use your account info? They could be pressing the bell to mute notifications.
No need to factory reset any devices, this is a account/app/phone issue.
Another thing to check is Account - Notifications - Push Notifications and see if that toggle stays in one spot. Since your update of the app did you restart your phone yet? How about a clear of the app cache, restart phone and then try keeping the bell on normal (without the zzz).

Just now I cleared the cache again, restarted the phone, bell is normal, verify push notifications is on, motion detected, no notification.
I have submitted a log to support per their request.
What kind of events are being saved in the event tab? You said your v1 sensors are saving event?
Sorry, only the camera videos are being saved in the Events tab.
Notifications would normally contain v1 sensors and cameras.

Same setup. I’m not the only one with this issue.
My V3’s are not notifying on AI, nor do they get tagged appropriately.
