Does anyone else have constant problems with the hub disconnecting? It’s not a problem with our internet as we have Starlink and we don’t have an issue with it for anything else.
We’ve had the hub replaced once and it hasn’t been a year and we can’t get it to connect. Customer service sucks!!!
We go away on vacation and we’ll check app and see that the monitoring isn’t working. Tell us that we need to be home to reconnect!! Useless monitoring system.
We live in rural area and can’t find any other monitoring system out here.
Their help was to tell us to buy another one!!
