Problems after firmware update

I have two cam v3’s, they are both plugged in to the same place/plug since the day they arrived. Suddenly yesterday, after a firmware update neither of them will connect with the app. I keep getting an error that tells me to check the connection. Both appear to be in constant sleep mode, so I have no ability to do love view. I see events recording on the event list, but I cannot connect to watch and of the recordings. I’m sure there is direct correlation with the update, as it began within mine of this update.

As someone who checks these cameras constantly…this is very frustrating. If I can look at the live view and can’t watch recordings, what’s the point.
