I haven’t noticed reports of people having 2.4gHz connectivity issues with just the V4s but not other models like the v3s.
If I were in your position, I would try to move the V4 camera to be near the V3 camera where it is working okay and see if the V4 camera starts connecting there. Maybe there is just some kind of signal interference where the V4 camera was placed.
Another thing I might try is to go through setup again on the V4 and see if that fixes it.
Sorry if I’m losing details in translation.
If your issue is that you are trying to setup your V4 after a Factory Reset, the problem could be that your modem security is set to WPA3-Transition.
In my case I had to set modem security to WPA2 for my network to show in the WYZE App during setup.
After setup is complete you can set it back to WPA3-Transition.
I was thinking something along those lines too since that’s one of the main differences (Wifi4 on the v3 vs Wifi6 on the v4) but the v4 actually should support WPA3. Transition mode can confuse any device though, so still possible. Would be weird if the v4 was confused but the v3 isn’t.
Wonder if it was actually your phone not supporting WPA3 in that case then? I guess that wouldn’t make sense if your phone works on it otherwise.
But I never use 2/3 transition mode, pretty pointless for the home user and causes lots of problems, even with devices that support 3. My trusted network is set to WPA3 only and my IOT is set to WPA2 only. Really no point in mixing them, the mode was only there to allow companies to move people over without having to do it all in one night.
