The playback is no longer working and it’s p******* me off. There’s no point of these cameras if this is the case. I’ll rewind it to view recent events, a now it’ll just freeze…. Is it just me or anyone else…
Is this SD card or cam plus that you’re trying to watch?
Have you tried anything like rebooting the cam or your phone etc?
SD card . I reset and restarted the camera . It has to do with their update I think because it didn’t look like that before but it makes no sense
The v3 got an interface update a while back, I think over the summer, is that the update you’re talking about? Did it start doing this right after the update or more recently?
The fact that you have no green along the timeline seems like it isn’t recording to the card at all, just logging events. Do you have continuous recording or event only?
If event only, and you zoom in on the time line (reverse-pinch) can you see the green marks where it has recorded stuff at all?
What happens if you format the card? Preferably by pulling it and formatting it in a PC with the formatter from sdcard.org, but even just using the built in formatter in the app should do it if the card is ok.
So not that they’re not working BUT try to rewind it how does it work does it freeze ?.
All of my cameras are recording continuous and I can go to any spot on the timeline and the video will play, no freezing. I have 128GB SD cards in all my V3 cams, some of the cards are four years old, the newest are three years old.
So I had to click on SD Card to see the playback lol it was frozen bc it was set on motions
