I have rebooted the doorbell twice, as well as my chime! I’m really getting sick of the lack of operation!
Why would I purchase anything else if what I have will not work properly? Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Probably going to need some more information… which doorbell V1, V2, or Pro… under “Push Notifications”… VOIP enabled still? “Schedule” off or on? … “ignore Notification Status” on?.. “Device Notifications” on for Doorbell? … Apple or Android phone? … what was the last change you made to your Wyze app?.. what was the last change you made to your phone?.. did you send VOIP to ignore/spam by accident last time your phone rang from the doorbell input?
Good morning, I believe it is V1 yes voip is enabled, there’s no schedule set, yes ignore is on, notifications from iphone are active, last change to app was an update, no voip wasn’t sent to spam
Additionally, the video doorbell very seldom sends notifications that someone or package is on porch!
Mailman comes 5 times a week and I never know!
Ok… another piece to the puzzle… “Detection Settings” Sensitivity & Zone set correctly?.. Event Recording Schedule set to All Day?.. Motion Detection" on? … “Notifications” on Doorbell Camera on? Also… “Detects Any Other Motion” on or off? (mines off but I only have my VOIP setup for doorbell ring, not motion).
Everything looks the same as mine except I don’t have a Rule tied to mine, and my Detection Zone level is 36 (yours is 11). I didn’t see a screenshot for “Event Recording”…
Detection set at 11, to prevent seeing car’s driving past. Only need my front porch. I don’t have any rules active.
