I’m having two issues and so far support not of help.
1: cam plus on all but one cameras isn’t recording longer than 15 seconds. All up to date on firmware, app up to date, licenses removed and reapplied, cameras rebooted. Different networks. Any ideas?
2: my pan v3 is mounted with the oem bracket upside down, and if I secure the screw into the base past a certain point the camera no longer pans. Somehow mounting the base securely stops it from spinning? Anyone else had this issue? It makes no sense since the ‘base’ is designed to remain stationary so I can’t figure it out. It doesn’t hit the wall or snag the cable in any way - I loosened the screw and it started to spin, but then it was slowly undoing the screw. Pretty annoying.
