Anyone else having problems using their finger to swipe the Pan camera left or right from the app. Used to work flawlessly. A small finger swipe barely moved it and a long finger swipe gave it a nice rotation. Now I can no longer finger swipe the cameras to move at all since last update. (I have 4 of them) Ok so I try to use the PTZ buttons on the app and when I lightly tap left or right they move all the way to full stop left/or right. So there is now no way to align the camera to the area’s of concern. I sent in a support ticket and scoured the forums looking for others who may have the same issue. I love my Wyze cams I hope they know about this and are working on an update.
If a community member knows of this problem and has a fix please let me know. All firm ware is up to date. Its seams the last upgrade created this behavior it seams. I have three different systems at three different locations all of the PAN cameras are exhibiting this functionality problem.
Disable Hardware Decoder in app settings …
