I’m out of town for several months and it said there was a firmware update for my crappy pan v4. Had so many issues with that model compared to the previous v3. Ran the update and now it’s dead. Can’t power cycle with being out of town. Submitted a log and was asked to send someone to my house to power cycle it and to submit the SD card log at my earliest convenience however the camera is dead and I can’t access it remotely. They also said it doesn’t show the updated firmware in the log file that I submitted. Just keeps getting worse and worse. Stop with new dev and fix and maintain what’s already out first please. I’ve spent thousands and I’m about ready to smash them all and switch companies after almost 10 years.
