My replacement Pan Cam V3 doesn’t work. This was to replace another one that stopped all motion. I can’t move it manually and if you try and click track motion or auto pan nothing happens either. What is going on here?!?

Did you install the cam using the cord and power adapter that came with the cam?
Are you using any USB extension cable with the cam between the cord that came with the cam and the power adapter?
