Tried to update to the newest firmware on the cam pan and it bricked the device went offline failed to upgrade. Rebooted nothing deleted it and trying to setup again but all I get is a solid yellow light nothing else.
Any help.

Did that and still not resetting.
I would definitely open a support ticket then.
