Hi, Does anyone know if an outdoor power cable is available for the Wyze Cam V3?

No information has been released on when of tif the Wyze outdoor adapter will be released.
You can use the included power adapter and an extension cable like this one:

If you need to plug the camera in outside, I’d suggest using an outlet cover like this one:

An alternative is to replace the outlet with a model with built-in USB-A ports. Leviton has one. You still need an outlet cover, but it doesn’t have to be as deep to accommodate the power adapter.
