Maybe this is helpful. I am not sure which V it is from, but I would be surprised if they changed batteries. It is 2"x1 3/4"x7/8". I have reached out to the manufacturer to see if there is a low-quantity supplier. Of course the batteries are replaceable and disassembly is relatively easy. If I find a supplier, I will post here.

Inside it has two PT124147 3.7V packs connected to a circuit board with 4 wires. Red (+) -Black (-) -Yellow (T-) -Yellow (Can’t read yet).

Yeah, I’m having problems with my camera too. It’s unfortunate that when you buy a camera they don’t last longer than 2 years of REAL WORLD use. I’ve been having problems with the last year and of course anything over a year is out of warrenty.
Did anyone ever find a capable replacement? My camera suddenly died… works, but cant keep a charge for over a few minutes. I would love to be able to get it up and running again.
Good Day All. Did anyone find a replacement battery of the right size? I have been able to find several of the right voltage and WH but not the same dimensions. Is this a custom made battery?
