Original Floodlight Camera Mount

I bought the original Wyze Floodlight when it first came out and initially it was frustrating, had to return it for a replacement but after that things smoothed out and it’s been working well. I went out the other day to change the camera direction and found that the mount which holds it in place was wobbly and it was as tight as it could get. Granted the unit is in direct Sunlight all day and clearly had Sun wear but it’s not cracked anywhere I can see. The mount just won’t tighten up any further and the camera barely holds in place without drooping down from it’s own weight. I doubt it will make it through the rainy season this year, as windy days will cause it to flop around. This product was supposed to be designed for outside and mine isn’t holding up. Obviously it’s outside the warranty now, so Wyze will do nothing about it. Luckily I have the Pro version floodlight still in the box that I can install, but I had hoped the original floodlight would have lasted much longer than this. Has anyone else had an issue like this?
