I ordered a Wyze Door Bell when I received a message that they were back in stock. It was shipped by USPS and shows that it was delivered to my mailbox on May 7, 2021. It apparently was delivered to the wrong address as I didn’t get it. I tried to find a way to contact Wyze customer support to inform them of this but I cannot find a way to send a message or email them or call them.
calling would be the best avenue. you might be on hold for a few minutes, but at least you get a human hopefully they should be able to get it sorted out. I would definitely check with neighbors or with address’ similar to yours.

This morning my nextdoor neighbor brought it to me. I’ve installed it and it seems to be working but I am getting Error Code 09…Failed to fetch the video from cloud.
