Complete Lack Of Support From Wyze Customer Service, need to change address for preorder

I’ve emailed Wyze once a week for the last 3 weeks and have received no response.

The emails we get said that to change a address for preorder to contact support, so I did.

On top of getting no response, when I try to live chat during their active hours, regardless of when it is, it doesn’t give me the option.

Can someone please assist me on what to do, or is my only option hoping eventually to get through to them? I don’t have much time as the doorbell cam I preordered ships in 8 days and apparently the customer service department was wiped out at Wyze 3 months ago.
