I bought 2 items on preorder a Wyze Doorbell ordered on 9/26/20 and a Wyze Watch on 12/1/20
that i never received, also ordered 2 wyze cam 3 that were received without problem
for the first 2, wyze shipped (3 times) them but somehow USPS says there is a problem with the address and returned to Wyze ( yes is the same address, also the same on amazon which i receive on daily basis)
ITS REALLY FRUSTRATING because Wyze support is null there is no way to talk to actual people, i´m in the limbo between i dont have my order, or support or my money back ( and also all the invested time)
Can you help me out
