I’m wondering if anyone else is having a problem getting a response to emails? Is anyone else missing their orders? In my tracking information it says that a label was created for my cameras on 9 December. It still says that today.
Have you tried calling Support? That’s what I find to be the best way to contact them. Did you create a support ticket on the website and that’s how you are emailing them? If you just emailed Support straight, that goes to an unmonitored mailbox. Have to use the support ticket system or phone.

Me… i received email stating order was delivered… but nothing (neither around the house, neither with neighbors…) i was stuck finding the contact phone … came to find is easy to find support phone here in the forum than wyze.com
