I received a notice from the usps that my camera was delivered but I have not seen it on my property. Will Wyze send me a replacement?
I did send in a message for assistance to Wyze.
What is the procedure for this?
Wyze should offer a fed ex option for an extra fee.

Have you contacted the delivery company? What have they said and what are their lost package policy’s?

The delivery company is the United States Postal Service.
As for as I know they do not offer insurance on a standard parcel delivery or
a replacement service on lost items, etc.
The record from them shows it was delivered.
But as I said I did not find the box with the outdoor cam.

When was it supposed to be delivered? Here is some information I found in the support pages for you.
And here is the Support contact number. There are some online ways to contact support, but I’d suggest a call as i have had good results when I have called.

I found the replacement outdoor v3 camera on the opposite side of the house ! Eureka!
But the box did not have the base station with it. I think I sent it back. How can I buy a new base station or what should I do?
