Order not delivered .. unacceptable level of service

Ticket 4984590 — Order marked undeliverable/returning by UniUni. I have not received the product. Support is redirecting me to the carrier. I need Wyze Orders Team escalation for reshipment or refund.

First of all, this is a user forum - for the most part, Wyze does not monitor it. Creating the ticket that you already did is the way to start.

Second, Wyze has no control over the carrier, so them directing you to the carrier is correct. The carrier hopefully should be able to tell why they could not deliver. Note that some carriers are known to flat out lie. I had one several years ago, where the carriers own package tracking showed that it left their facility 20 miles away, was undeliverable, and returned to their facility - all in 9 minutes… Presumably eventually your package will make it back to Wyze. At that time, Wyze now has the ability to do something about it.

You always have the option if you paid by credit card to do a Charge Back and be refunded by your credit card company.

I have had good luck ordering from Amazon (even Wyze cameras). Most things arrive when expected. A couple of times i was shipped the wrong item. Amazon emailed me a return UPS label and i promptly received the refund to my credit card.

If you are buy Wyze subscriptions (like Cam Plus) it is always best to order from the Wyze web site.
