I ordered cameras and solar panels 4/8/26 and I still have not received my cameras was told by DHL they were unable to deliver the package I called WYZE customer support multiple times telling them this and they insisted I had to wait for the five days of no updates on the tracking number. They took my money they did not deliver my package it’s now 4/21/26 and I still have nothing to show for it while they still have my money. I keep calling and I keep getting the same runaround they are working on it and to wait 24-48 hrs for a response. They sent my ticket number to some specialty team that’s supposed to take care of this and it’s still has not been resolved. At this point I’ve began asking for my money back and I am told only the department they sent my number to can help me with that yet I have not heard from this department and they only communicate through email so you can’t even talk to them over the phone. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars on this purchase and nobody is helping me resolve it for two weeks now
If you paid by credit card, can you contact the card company for a Charge Back?
Also, I have had good luck buying Wyze cameras at a Home Depot store and from Amazon.
I’m sure if I contact the credit card company something could be done but that not the point. When you purchase something you expect to get it and sure things happen once in awhile things get lost or whatever but the customer service experience I had was awful. They finally reached out to me after I posted this and said the best they can do is issue me a full refund or reorder the package but it could take up to 10 or 12 business days for the package to be delivered on top of the two weeks I’ve already been waiting since the original purchase. I have also order from them before and purchased at Home Depot with no issues but this whole experience this time has ruined any liking I had for this company
Remember that once Wyze hands off the package to the carrier, Wyze has ZERO control of it. It’s not Wyze’s fault that DHL are idiots. Wyze does have some requirements of how to handle a delay by the carrier, and they are doing that. Why are you complaining about Wyze?
Shipping and Receiving the Wyze cams is just a start of your troubles.
Everything about Wyze is a problem too
Updates constantly that fix one thing abd break other things
Missed Events as camera randomly doesn’t capture some events
Low quality hardware that barely makes it beyond warranty

Best bet is to return it without opening and get another brand like Tapo if you want a budget cam without the requirement of a subscription to unhobble the cam
