On April 22, I ordered masks and was charged for them. I know there were delays, but I have not received any emails updating the status, and when I check on the web site, it says the order was closed. One of the help pages says “closed” means the order was refunded, but I just checked my card and it was not refunded.
I’d prefer to get the masks, but if that’s not possible, I’d like to get a refund.
