Ordered Kn95 mask on May 17th charged still not shipped

Hi on May 17 , I ordered and paid for the Kn95 mask after never receiving them I sent several inquiries via the orders link, and still zero response. I don’t frequent the forums often and realized this may be the way to get a response or generate a refund. I check the tracking link on my order it states it has a mailing label created and is waiting… So I assume it’s never shipped it never tracked at the postal service. Right now I just want anything Masks a refund. Even just a response its July I’m beyond frustrated. Its truly disappointing that the inquiry about orders directly from the orders page in my account go completely unanswered, Your company took my $$ right away, one would think I could get at least a response to one of my 3 inquiries this past few weeks. My order # 002532307 could someone please check this out.
