Only one Wyze cam outdoor wont work. Wont show on app, wont sync

Hi. I moved with 3 outdoor cams and one wired. And one of my outdoor cams isnt showing up on app. Wont add device, wont sync to base station. Get blue purple light when trying to connect to base station. Rebooted base station. Cam fully charged. Help!

You didn’t delete the cam from the app while it was offline and try to reinstall it did you?
Have you turned to power switch off then back on when it is next to the router?

No I didnt delete anything. Yes tried rebooting and power on off beside router and the base station. Thanks for replying!

Did you push the sync button on the bottom and hold it down. Sometimes a finger won’t work, a small blunt object to push the button is better, nothing sharp.
I have no other ideas.
