The other day, I was switching some cameras around and I noticed that one of them doesn’t show up on the list where you can select up to 5 cameras in home monitoring.
I have Cam Plus Unlimited, and the camera shows up on the list of Cam Plus cameras on my account, and the camera works fine otherwise, it just doesn’t show on the available camera list for HM. I have 4 cameras selected currently and all the rest of my cameras show on the available list but the one.
One additional thing I noticed. On my account online where it shows Cam Plus Unlimited, underneath it says “Cameras in Plan (10)” but I actually have 11 cameras. However, if I expand the list all 11 do show up on the list, which includes the V4 problem camera.
I don’t know if it makes a difference, but I only noticed the problem with the one camera not showing up after the new Wyze App. However, I never tried that camera on the old app, so I don’t know if it’s the app or something else. I also tried resetting services for that camera in its settings.
