It appear like the notification text changed.
It uses to say
“Person detected on (camera name) at (time)”
Now it just say
“(Camera name) at (time)”
This sudden change is bad!
I have hundreds of automation that read my notifications looking for keywords like motion to trigger stuff, I don’t get why you guys would change that suddenly?
Or is it something on my side??

Beta but I was not able to post in the beta forum
V2.48.0(b376)
It’s set to French but notification were English anyway.
And the event page is Spanish lol

You may need to “Join” the beta group to post.
Try going to the Groups page or the Beta Group page and click the “Join” button.
I see you there now. 
If you have time, please create a new topic in the Beta category with title Test. I’ll delete it when done.

We are very confident this is an old beta app issue that should be fixed if you update to the new beta app: (RC - 2.48.0.b377)

We’re still waiting for Google to push this out on the Play Store. We’re all sitting at previous 2.48.0.b376.

Well the good news is that I can confirm this is a beta issue only, not production haha. The bad news is that that news doesn’t really help any of you.

The new update should be coming out very soon and the issue will be fixed in that new beta update

If this is really grinding your gears, would recommend just installing the production app until Google pushes out the new beta app update

Just to give you an update! The firmware update was pushed yesterday and the notification text are now proper. Sure the format changed, but I think it’s even better now than before.
