Is there a way to actually talk to someone at Wyze for support? I just installed 2 new outdoor cams and one sends notifications and the one with the cam plus subscription does not.
Yes I have verified notifications for both are turned on / enabled. It does record videos when motion detected but get no notification on iphone or ipad.

So you get event videos from both the camplus and non cam plus cameras, but don’t get notifications only from the camplus camera?

Yes I get videos when motion detected but no notifications on the one cam with plus enabled. If I disable the plus feature I start getting notifications again.
Issue has been resolved as they just started work8ng for no apparent reason a few days ago
